Location: Mayapuri, Delhi

Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000/month

We are looking for an Operations & Inventory Coordinator for our Delhi factory to manage day-to-day production, inventory and dispatch operations while coordinating with our Jaipur headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:
Barcode generation, tagging, inventory management and product listing.
Maintain Excel sheets, production records and documentation.
Monitor production flow and order fulfilment.
Coordinate packing, dispatches and logistics partners.
Manage logistics portals, shipments and pickups.
Coordinate with the Jaipur team and visit aggregators/logistics partners as required.
Oversee operational tasks and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:
Experience in textile, garment, fashion or retail operations preferred.
Positive knowledge of Excel, barcoding, data management and documentation.
Understanding of retail, textiles, logistics and order fulfilment.
Positive English communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable with hands-on operational work.
Willing to travel locally when required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
