Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day courier and logistics operations, coordinate shipments, ensure timely delivery, and maintain smooth communication between customers, branches, delivery teams, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily shipment booking, pickup, dispatch, tracking, and delivery coordination.
Coordinate with courier partners, branches, customers, and delivery teams.
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery and resolution of delays.
Handle shipment-related queries, complaints, and operational issues.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, PODs, invoices, and operational documents.
Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams for smooth shipment processing.
Follow up on pending, undelivered, returned, and exception shipments.
Ensure proper billing, documentation,



and data entry for shipments.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports as required by management.
Identify operational issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
Ensure adherence to company processes, service standards, and operational policies.
Perform any other operational responsibilities assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in courier, logistics, transportation, or operations preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Valuable problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Knowledge of courier/logistics processes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
