Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to transportation, reverse logistics, outbound logistics, inbound logistics, PTL (Partial Truck Load), and hub operations.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in delivery management and cluster operations.
