About Role: Support the operations and accounts function by managing day-to-day data, MIS reporting and operations coordination. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate data and ensuring smooth coordination between team and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day entries and bookkeeping in Tally ERP.
Manage dispatch, courier and logistics tracking through Gati software.
Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly Accounts & Operations MIS reports in Excel.
Track stock movement, dispatch status and pending shipments.
Assist in GST-related data compilation and coordination with the accounts team for statutory compliance.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, Accounts) and external vendors for smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting and operational records.
