Operations & Placement Officer The Placement & Operations Officer will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the educational institution, with 60–70% focus on student and academic operations and 30–40% on placement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage students, batches, attendance, schedules, and daily operations.
Regularly follow up with students regarding attendance, progress, discipline, and engagement.
Coordinate with trainers and ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
Maintain student, trainer, attendance, and operational records.
Identify and resolve operational issues and prepare regular reports.
Build and maintain relationships with companies, HRs, and recruiters.
Identify job/internship opportunities and coordinate interviews and recruitment drives.




Connect eligible students with suitable job opportunities and track placement outcomes.
Support students with basic placement preparation and skilled communication.
Achieve operational and placement targets set by management.

Requirements:

Positive communication, coordination, follow-up, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Experience in education, training operations, recruitment, or placement is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
