About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle APEX Developer / Technical Lead with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX, SQL, and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should have solid database development skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to take ownership of technical solutions while guiding junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Oracle APEX.
Develop complex SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
Design and manage databases, including tables, views, indexes, relationships, and stored procedures.
Analyze technical requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application and database performance.
Follow software architecture and design principles while developing robust solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Mentor and guide junior developers and support their technical growth.
Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices for application development and deployment.
Take ownership of technical issues and provide effective solutions within project timelines.

Required Skills

Critical Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX.
Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX.
Robust experience in database design and management using SQL/PLSQL.
Minimum 1 year of experience in leading or coordinating a technical team.

Good to Have:
Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
