Oracle Manufacturing Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing Cloud Functional Consultant who can act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, functional configuration, business process mapping, testing, integrations, user training, and post-production support .

Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering, workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules including:
Inventory Management
Order Management
Procurement
Manufacturing
Cost Management
Planning
PLM
Drive end-to-end implementation activities from requirement gathering through go-live.
Prepare and execute CRP, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and validation activities.
Work closely with technical teams on SCM integrations with Finance and third-party systems.
Validate integrations using FBDI, ADFdi, REST APIs,



and SOAP APIs.
Prepare functional specifications and support technical development where required.
Develop user training materials and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
Provide go-live and hypercare support.
Analyze the impact of Oracle quarterly Cloud updates and perform regression testing.
Support business users in adopting optimized Oracle SCM processes and workflows.

Required Experience & Qualifications
10+ years of overall functional experience in Oracle SCM/Manufacturing.
Minimum 3 5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience.
Robust experience in Oracle Fusion SCM and Manufacturing.
Proven experience in 2 3 or more full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
Robust experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT and go-live.
Valuable understanding of Supply Chain business processes.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Oracle Cloud certification in relevant SCM/Manufacturing modules is highly preferred.
