What you’ll work on

- Build relationships with colleges, universities, and student communities
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage Campus Ambassadors
- Coordinate workshops, webinars, competitions, bootcamps, and student initiatives
- Support campus marketing and student engagement campaigns
- Work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to drive quality leads and registrations
- Track performance, prepare reports, and contribute towards business targets

What we’re looking for

- Fresh graduates and final-year students from any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Leadership mindset and ability to work with teams
- Interest in Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, or Business Development
- Self-motivated individuals who are willing to learn and take ownership
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace
