Role Description The Personal Shopper and Fashion Advisor provides one-on-one styling support, helping customers select sneakers, streetwear, and accessories that match their personal style and needs.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their preferences, recommending products, and creating complete looks using the store’s curated collections.



The advisor will also support in building customer loyalty through follow-ups, personalized recommendations, and exceptional service. This is an on-site role located in Saket.

Qualifications
Robust knowledge of sneakers, streetwear brands, and current fashion trends, with the ability to translate this into practical styling advice.
Customer service including engaging shoppers, understanding their needs, and guiding purchase decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and qualified approach to diverse customers.
Ability to upsell and cross-sell
Prior experience in fashion, styling, or luxury/streetwear retail is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in fashion or retail is beneficial.
