Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with companies for student placements.
Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement activities.
Connect with recent employers to generate placement opportunities.
Guide students on resume preparation and interview skills.
Follow up with recruiters and students throughout the hiring process.
Maintain placement records and prepare reports.
Work closely with trainers to ensure students are placement-ready.
Achieve monthly placement targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or HR.
Robust communication, coordination, and networking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Target-oriented and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
