Planning & Billing Engineer

Location: Rajasthan

Experience: 3–10 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Industry: Water Supply / Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities
Review and monitor Client RA Bills and Sub-Contractor RA Bills.
Verify BOQ, measurements, quantities, deductions, recoveries, variations, and claims.
Review Client Billing vs. Sub-Contractor Billing and prepare reconciliation statements.
Monitor project-wise billing, collections, subcontractor payments, and cost.
Consolidate project progress and prepare weekly/monthly MIS and management reports.
Coordinate with project/site teams for billing, measurements, planning, and commercial requirements.
Track planned vs. actual progress and highlight delays/variations.
Maintain proper billing,



planning, and project documentation.

Requirements
3–10 years of experience in Planning & Billing / Quantity Surveying.
Robust hands-on experience in Client Billing and Sub-Contractor Billing.
Experience in Water Supply / Pipeline Projects preferred.
JJM/Government Water Supply Projects experience will be an added advantage.
Valuable knowledge of BOQ, quantity reconciliation, billing, rate analysis, and variations.
Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera is an advantage.
Robust analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
