Role: Product Manager - Scanners

Responsibilities:
Own and drive product roadmap for Qualys scanners by collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with customers, sales, and support team to answer technical client questions.
Partner with sales to help explain and demonstrate the use cases of the software to customers.
Gather insights into industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Provide data-driven recommendations for current features or enhancements.
Identify success metrics for new product features or updates.
Measure feature adoption, customer retention, and conversion rates
Work closely with other Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to align insights into product goals.
Build best practices guide and technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.
Open to work in flexible hours to support internal teams and customers in different geographies.

Technical Skills:
Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA in Computer Science or a related field.
Cybersecurity Knowledge:



Good understanding and interest in Cybersecurity domains such as Compliance Audits, Vulnerability Management, and Attack Surface Management.
Certifications & Experience: Prior product management experience (5+ years) and/or relevant cybersecurity certifications are mandatory.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with diverse technologies, including Operating Systems, Web Servers, Network Devices, Databases, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Documentation Skills: Ability to create explicit, concise, and well-structured technical documentation.
Software Engineering & Project Management: Familiarity with Software Engineering Concepts and Agile/Project Management methodologies.
