Process and evaluate Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) received from various sources.
Perform data entry, case triage, case processing, and follow-up of adverse event reports.
Review medical literature for potential adverse drug reactions.
Identify and document Adverse Events (AEs), Responsible Adverse Events (SAEs), and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs).
Perform medical coding using tools such as MedDRA and WHO Drug, as applicable.
Assess cases for seriousness, expectedness, and causality according to company procedures.
Prepare and maintain accurate pharmacovigilance documentation.
Follow company SOPs, GVP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Support quality review and reconciliation activities.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy within safety databases.
Communicate with internal teams and, when required, follow up for missing case information.

Pay: ₹300,000.41 - ₹450,000.17 per year
