Key Responsibilities
Conduct theory and practical training as per the approved curriculum/qualification pack.
Demonstrate correct techniques for blood collection, venipuncture, capillary sampling, specimen handling and labelling.
Train students on infection prevention, biomedical waste management, PPE and safety procedures.
Teach patient identification, communication, counselling and pre-collection preparation.
Conduct practical demonstrations, role plays, assessments and skill tests.
Maintain trainee attendance, assessment records, practical logs and other project documentation.
Monitor trainee performance and provide individual guidance/remedial training.
Prepare trainees for industry exposure, internships/OJT and placement interviews.
Coordinate with project coordinators, assessment agencies, hospitals,
diagnostic laboratories and placement teams.
Ensure training is conducted according to NSQF/Skill India, project SOPs and relevant healthcare standards, wherever applicable.
Maintain training equipment, consumables and laboratory/practical setup.
Support mobilization, counselling and retention of trainees when required by the project.
Participate in monitoring visits, audits and reporting activities.
Promote qualified ethics, punctuality, hygiene, confidentiality and patient safety.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
