Comfortable making a high volume of calls every dayn

nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a proactive Telecalling & Onboarding Executive to support the onboarding of childcare professionals at Nestru.
n

nKey Responsibilities:
n
n
Call applicants and explain the role and work opportunityn
Screen candidates based on their experience, availability and eligibilityn
Schedule suitable candidates for onboardingn




Follow up and coordinate until they complete the onboarding processn
Collect the required information and documentsn
Maintain accurate calling and onboarding recordsn
Coordinate with the internal team and share regular updatesn

nPreferred Candidate:
n
n
3–5 years of prior experience in telecalling, recruitment coordination or onboardingn
Positive follow-up and coordination skillsn
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheetsn
Patient, organised and confident while speaking with candidatesn

nCompensation : 30k/month ( Fixed + Incentives)
