Role Description The Branch Manager role is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing branch operations, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales targets, supervising and supporting branch staff, and coordinating with the head office on inventory, pricing, and promotional activities.

Manager will monitor market trends, build relationships with distributors and end customers, and ensure timely resolution of service or product issues. This role also involves preparing regular performance reports, optimizing operational processes, and implementing company policies and standards.

- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders, handle escalations, and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
- Beneficial qualifications include prior experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in electronics, security systems, or manufacturing, along with a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
