Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Operations Specialist
to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have
excellent communication skills
, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively during the
US shift
.

Freshers with solid communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Respond to emails, queries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and databases.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Monitor ongoing activities and escalate issues when required.
- Follow company processes, policies,



and quality standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Support the team in achieving operational goals and targets.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially
Excel and Outlook

- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
