Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5–8 years of experience administering and configuring Workday in a global organization, preferably within a high-growth software or technology company.
Solid hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation.
Experience configuring Workday Business Processes and advanced calculated fields.
Expertise in building custom Workday reports and dashboards.
Experience developing and supporting EIB integrations, with familiarity with Workday Studio.
Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
Experience leading testing, deployment, and production support for Workday enhancements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
