Content & Digital Marketing Manager to lead podcast execution, content, social media, collaborations, and paid marketing initiatives focused on brand growth, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Podcast & Content
Plan, script, schedule, and execute minimum 1 podcast shoot per week.
Manage guest outreach, collaborations, shoots, editing, publishing, and performance.
Develop engaging video ideas, reels, shorts, and content for Sudhanshu’s personal profile.
Social Media
Manage Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp communities.
Ideation and write copy for content
Create and maintain content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
Coordinate with video, editing, and creative teams for reels, podcasts, voiceovers, and shoots.
Optimise captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, and content formats.
Review content performance and identify opportunities for improvement and repurpo
