Assistant Manager – Marketing & Outreach

Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing and student outreach activities for admissions.
Conduct visits to schools, colleges and educational institutions for student engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with school counsellors, principals and education partners.
Organise career counselling sessions, seminars, education fairs and admission events.
Generate, follow up and convert student leads into applications/admissions.
Coordinate with Admissions, Academics and Digital Marketing teams for campaigns.
Maintain outreach records, prepare MIS reports and track admission targets.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.




Represent the University at external events and undertake travel as required.
Assist in implementing marketing campaigns
Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects
Manage administrative duties

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate/MBA in Marketing or related field.
5+ years of experience in education marketing, admissions, outreach or field marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, networking and counselling skills.
Candidates with higher-education experience will be preferred.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
