NRole Overview
nWe are looking for a Business Analyst – SAP FICO Consultant to bridge the gap between business and IT teams by understanding business needs, defining requirements, improving processes, and supporting SAP solutions.
NKey Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. N
Identify business process improvement prospects. N
Map business processes and translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. N
Support SAP Discover, Build, Test, Deploy, and go-live activities. N




Identify and resolve business/system issues. N
Define and execute testcases. N
Prepare training documentation and conduct user training. N
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and implementation teams. N
Support SAP deploymentsand provide post-go-live/hypercare support. N

nRequirements:

Bachelor's degreein Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. N
Solid hands-on experience in SAP FICO. N
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred. N
Experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation. N
Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. N
Ability to work independently and collaboratively. N
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. N
