Role Description-

● Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

● Build and maintain robust relationships with influencers and creators.

● Coordinate the complete influencer campaign process from creator selection and briefing to content submission and final delivery.

● Share transparent creative briefs, content guidelines, references, hooks, talking points, and CTAs with influencers.

● Guide creators in producing UGC videos, reels, product demonstrations, testimonials, unboxing videos, tutorials, and other short-form content.

● Help influencers understand the brand, product USPs, target audience, and desired communication.





● Review submitted content and provide constructive feedback to ensure it meets brand and campaign requirements.

● Stay updated with Instagram/Reels trends, viral formats, trending sounds, hooks, and UGC styles, and identify opportunities to leverage them.

● Manage influencer timelines, deliverables, revisions, and campaign calendars.

● Coordinate with internal teams such as Creative, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Brand, and Content.

● Track influencer deliverables and maintain a database of creators, campaigns, content, and performance.

● Negotiate commercials, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines with influencers where required.

● Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, views, content quality, conversions, and ROI.

● Continuously discover new creators and build a solid network of micro, macro, and niche influencers.
