nThe IT Endpoint JAMF Engineer will be responsible for the design, engineering, and operation of up-to-date endpoint management solutions, with a solid focus on macOS-based enterprise environments. This role supports a global workforce and plays a key part in driving secure, scalable, and user-centric endpoint management using JAMF. The engineer will collaborate closely with security, development, and IT support teams to enhance employee experience, mobility, and operational efficiency.

nWhat You'll Do:

Design, implement, and manage contemporary endpoint management solutions for macOS environments globallyn
Administer and optimize JAMF Pro and its components including Composer, Recon, Remote, Imaging, and dashboardsn
Create, test, and deploy application packages, patches, policies, and configuration profiles using JAMFn




Manage Apple DEP and VPP programs to support automated device enrollment and app distributionn
Operate, monitor, and support macOS endpoints for remote users using cloud-based management toolsn
Integrate certificates, certificate authorities, and distribution points into endpoint workflowsn
Provide advanced support to global IT helpdesk teams and ensure high first-call resolution ratesn
Collaborate with Security, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams on endpoint initiativesn
Support developers by understanding their tooling needs and recommending optimal endpoint solutionsn
Integrate third-party systems and applications into the macOS environmentn
Follow documented procedures and operate within a process-driven, highly regulated workplacen
Continuously improve endpoint performance, security posture, and user experiencen
