Contribute to AI-enabled Salesforce use cases and intelligent service capabilities.n
Participate in testing, documentation, deployment, defect resolution, and production support.n

5 to 8 years of Salesforce development experience.n




Hands-on exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, and AI-enabled CRM capabilities.n
Ability to configure, customize, and support Salesforce applications.n
Understanding of Salesforce development best practices, testing, deployment, and support processes.n
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.n
