Role Description This is a full-time Billing Engineer role based in Vadodara with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Billing

Engineer will prepare and verify bills for construction projects, including quantity take-offs, BOQs, and rate analysis in line with project specifications and contracts.



Daily tasks include coordinating with project and site teams to collect measurement data, updating billing systems, reconciling quantities, and ensuring timely submission of client and subcontractor bills. The role involves reviewing drawings and technical documents, maintaining accurate records, assisting in cost control and budgeting, and supporting audit and compliance requirements.

The Billing

Engineer will also help improve billing processes, support management reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quantity Surveying and BOQ preparation skills.
- Candidates should possess Billing Systems knowledge and experience in construction billing processes.
- Candidates should possess Rate Analysis capabilities and a solid understanding of project cost components.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in industrial or infrastructure construction billing will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant billing/ERP software.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup.
