Position - Product Management - Unsecured digital lending

We are looking for an experienced Product qualified for the Consumer Durable Lending product portfolio.

The role will involve owning the product lifecycle across customer acquisition, merchant integration, credit journey, loan origination, disbursal and servicing, while working closely with Business, Risk, Technology, Operations and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product roadmap for Consumer Durable / POS Lending.
Build and improve digital and merchant-assisted customer journeys.
Manage integrations with OEMs, retailers, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, bureaus, eKYC providers, LSPs and other ecosystem partners.
Drive product initiatives around EMI, subvention, embedded lending and pre-approved offers.
Monitor key metrics such as disbursals, approval/conversion rates, TAT, delinquency, NPA,



collections and profitability.
Work with Technology teams on PRDs/BRDs, UAT and product launches.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, merchant productivity and portfolio performance.
Ensure products and processes remain aligned with applicable RBI digital lending regulations.

Candidate Profile
6–12 years of experience in Product Management within digital lending, consumer finance, NBFC or banking.
Mandatory experience in Consumer Durable Finance, POS Lending or Checkout Financing.
Robust understanding of LOS/LMS, credit bureau, eKYC and digital onboarding processes.
Experience working with merchant/retail lending ecosystems.
Valuable understanding of credit, risk and portfolio management.
MBA / postgraduate qualification preferred.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management and execution skills.
