Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Product Support Analyst/Engineer with hands-on experience in HPE NonStop settings and banking/payment-related applications. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in products such as XPNET, ICE-XS, GoldenGate, and Prognosis , along with strong production support and troubleshooting capabilities.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting business-critical applications, investigating production issues, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring the stability and availability of the production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 production support for business-critical applications hosted on HPE NonStop and related platforms.
Support and troubleshoot applications/products such as XPNET, ICE-XS, GoldenGate, and Prognosis .
Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.
Analyze application logs, system logs, traces, alerts, and performance statistics .
Work closely with application, database, network, infrastructure, and client teams for issue resolution.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge articles.




Participate in 24x7 production support / rotational shifts as required.
Ensure adherence to SLA, operational procedures, and production support standards.

Required Skills & Experience
Solid experience in HPE NonStop / Tandem environments.
Relevant hands-on experience with the following:
XPNET
ICE-XS
GoldenGate
Prognosis
Good understanding of HPE NonStop OS, troubleshooting and product installation.
Experience working in a production support environment for business-critical applications.
Valuable understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts .
Ability to analyze system/application issues and perform effective troubleshooting.
Good incident management and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Positive to Have
Experience with AIX and/or Linux environments.
Knowledge of network troubleshooting, TCP/IP traces, and connectivity analysis .
Experience with payment/banking transaction processing systems .
Experience with 24x7 banking/payment production environments .
