We are looking for a dynamic skilled to manage both food production operations and development.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee food production(Health Mix, Cold Pressed Oils, Masala, Dehyderated Powders, Millets, Gluten - Free Products) ensuring hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Manage workforce, production planning, and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and regulatory guidelines.
Build and maintain robust client and buyer connections to expand business globally.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in food production management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multitasking role.
2 Wheeler and Laptop is mandatory.
