Prepare and monitor production plans based on demand, inventory, and production capacity.
Ensure timely availability of RM and PM as per production requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, QC, NPD, and Accounts for smooth production planning and execution.
Regularly follow up with vendors/suppliers for order status, dispatch, and timely delivery.
Track material requirements, pending orders, expected delivery dates, and identify potential shortages in advance.
Maintain production planning and material tracking MIS/ERP records.
Coordinate with vendors for samples, rates, COA, MOQ, and pack sizes required for NPD/Formulation.
Monitor RM/PM consumption and inventory to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
Develop current vendors and ensure reliable material availability.
Escalate material delays or shortages that may impact production and take timely corrective action.
