OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

To build and maintain high-performing, scalable, and secure web and backend applications that support Karma Group’s digital platforms. This role aims to ensure seamless user experiences, efficient system operations, and continuous technological improvement by applying up-to-date development practices, optimizing system architecture, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and related technologies.
- Design, build, and manage RESTful APIs, including integration, documentation, and performance optimization.
- Work across the full stack: frontend, backend, database, server, and deployment environments.
- Implement secure coding practices and ensure application security, authentication, and data protection.
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment scripts, and versioncontrolled workflows.
- Configure servers, DNS settings, hosting environments, and ensure reliable system performance.
- Collaborate with designers,



product teams, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews, follow SDLC processes, and adhere to engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, staging, and production environments.
- Monitor system health, performance, and logs to ensure stability and scalability.
- Stay updated with modern technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to improve the tech stack.
- Contribute to database design, optimization, and query performance improvements.
- Work with Git-based version control, including branching, pull requests, and release management.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and guidance to team members when required.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables with proper testing, validation, and QA collaboration.
