Supervise daily CNC Turning production and achieve production targets.
Manage operators, manpower allocation and shift activities.
Ensure proper machine setting, tooling, offsets and process parameters.
Monitor production quality, rejection, rework and cycle time.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room and PPC teams.
Monitor machine utilization, downtime and productivity.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, TPM and shop-floor safety practices.
