As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in our company's
back-office operations and customer care management. You will be responsible for
overseeing and optimizing various administrative and operational processes to
ensure smooth and productive business operations. Your duties will include
coordinating with different teams, managing customer inquiries and complaints,
and implementing strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage back-office operations, including administrative tasks and
customer care.
Handle customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and ensure high customer
satisfaction.
Coordinate with different teams to streamline processes and improve
efficiency.
Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure compliance with
company standards.
Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for process improvement and cost

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a
related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operations or customer care role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
strong relationships.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for operational
tasks.
