As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company,
representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to
establish and maintain robust relationships with our customers, ensuring their
needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritized. You will be the first point
of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product and service
information, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your impact will be felt
across the organization, as you contribute to our overall customer satisfaction
and retention goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive outcome.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, fostering trust and
loyalty.
Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate
information.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Conduct regular customer feedback sessions and analyze data for improvements.
Identify and address customer pain points,



offering suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer
interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric
approach.
Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Knowledge of basic sales and marketing principles is an asset.
