We are looking for a Nutritionist / Nutrition Intelligence Lead to work closely with the founders and help build the nutrition layer of the product from the ground up.

The company provides nutritionist-planned meal programs executed directly in customers’ own kitchens by trained cooks using the right ingredients. The goal is for households to enjoy better, balanced meals without additional effort or disruption to their existing kitchen setup. LeanOnn ensures that kitchens run more efficiently while supporting long-term healthy eating habits.

Role Description: The Nutritionist / Nutrition Intelligence Lead is a full time, in office role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for designing and updating nutrition plans and meal frameworks that align with diverse health goals and dietary preferences.



The individual will translate nutritional science into practical, kitchen-ready menus, collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure accurate implementation, and review ingredient selections for health and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client assessments, offering nutritional guidance, developing educational material for families and kitchen staff, monitoring outcomes, and refining meal protocols based on feedback and data. The role also involves staying current with evidence-based nutrition research and contributing to product and service improvements driven by nutritional insights.
