– Production Supervisor & Quality Control

Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities for crusher machines and components.
Plan manpower, materials, machines, and production schedules to meet targets.
Monitor fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and finishing processes.
Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy.
Read and understand engineering drawings and ensure production is as per specifications.
Check critical dimensions, welding quality, alignment, fitment, and assembly.
Identify defects, control rework/rejection, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct final inspection and testing before dispatch.
Maintain production, inspection, and quality reports.
Coordinate with Design, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.

Qualification
Diploma / ITI / B.E.



/ B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering.

Experience
2–4 years experience in crusher, heavy engineering, fabrication, machinery manufacturing, or similar industries.

Required Skills
Knowledge of crusher/machinery manufacturing.
Engineering drawing reading.
Knowledge of welding, fabrication, machining, and assembly.
Positive knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
Manpower handling and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and team coordination.

Key Responsibility To achieve production targets while ensuring the required quality, safety, and timely delivery of machines. Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
