Position: Program Coordinator – Student Success
Experience: 0–3 Years
Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 5 Days Working
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with students and understand their queries and requirements.
Assist students with program onboarding, enrollment, and ongoing support.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure student engagement and satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student concerns.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
Support student retention and ensure a smooth learning experience.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in customer support, student success, telesales, or coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Solid follow-up, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
