Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement for construction/infrastructure requirements.
Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs).
Coordinate with project/site teams for material and service requirements.
Monitor POs, Work Orders, deliveries, and vendor performance.
Maintain vendor database, procurement records, and support cost optimization.
Coordinate with accounts, stores, and project teams for smooth procurement operations.

Requirements
3–10 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement with a Construction, Infrastructure, or EPC company.
Robust knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, Work Orders, negotiation, and procurement processes.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Robust communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
