Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end procurement of civil, interior, construction, and project-related materials.
Source and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective purchases.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to understand material requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
Monitor material quality, pricing, and vendor performance.
Maintain proper documentation and follow company procurement policies.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in Civil Construction or Interior Fit-out.
Valuable knowledge of construction and interior materials.
Solid negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
