Position: Procurement / RFP Management Executive

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Engineering Background)

Industry Preference: Banking, Telecom, or Retail

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor coordination, and purchase processes.

Handle and coordinate RFPs, RFQs, and bidding processes from initiation to closure.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and prepare procurement documents.

Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

Manage vendor negotiations, quotations, commercial evaluation, and comparative statements.

Evaluate bids based on technical and commercial parameters and support vendor selection.

Coordinate with multiple branches, locations, and business units for procurement requirements.

Ensure timely completion of procurement activities while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Maintain procurement records,



vendor documentation, contracts, and related reports.

Work closely with finance, operations, business teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement execution.

Monitor vendor performance and resolve procurement-related issues.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of Procurement, RFP/RFQ Management, and Vendor Management.

Experience in bid evaluation, quotation analysis, negotiation, and sourcing.

Valuable stakeholder coordination and communication skills.

Ability to manage procurement activities across a multi-branch / multi-location setup.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and other procurement tools/ERP systems.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines effectively

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
