Role Procurement- Operations

Roles and Responsibilities
Key Account Management: Handling key accounts from the initial RFQ stage through to the closure of purchase orders (PO).
P&LManagement;: Taking ownership of the entire Profit and Loss (P&L;) of the key accounts under your purview.
Client Service Excellence: Ensuring end-to-end client satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and urgencies, and maintaining service levels and turnaround times (TAT).
Procurement and Sales Cycle: Managing the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Sales-to-Order cycle efficiently.
Vendor Development:



Identifying and developing current or alternate vendors for key products and services to enhance client serviceability.
ERP Proficiency: Demonstrating proficiency in using ERP systems for sales order and PO creation.
MIS Reporting: Preparing daily and weekly MIS reports to track and analyse performance. 8. TAT Adherence: Taking ownership of ensuring that materials reach customers within agreed-upon TAT.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging in effective and consistent interaction and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
Supplier Coordination: Coordinating with a large number of suppliers daily to fulfil orders.
Dispatch Team Collaboration: Collaborating with the Dispatch team to optimise serviceability.
Product Knowledge: Possessing a basic understanding of products in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), Chemicals, and Packaging categories.

Employment Type - Full Time, Permanent Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
