Purchase Manager

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement for our medical equipment manufacturing operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage complete purchase and procurement activities from PR to PO and delivery.
Procure electronic, electrical, mechanical, PCB components, production materials, consumables and packing materials.
Identify, evaluate and develop recent vendors and alternate suppliers.
Negotiate price, payment terms, MOQ, quality and delivery schedules.
Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements for purchase decisions.
Ensure timely availability of materials as per production and inventory requirements.
Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules and material quality.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, R&D; and Accounts departments.
Handle supplier complaints, rejected materials and corrective actions.
Maintain Approved Vendor List, Purchase Orders and procurement records.
Drive cost reduction, inventory optimization and alternate sourcing.
Prepare purchase reports and MIS for management.
