KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, and Site Teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare and track project schedules, progress reports, and work plans.
Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement activities.
Conduct site visits and resolve technical and operational issues.
Ensure timely client communication and project updates.
Track project costs and support profitability targets.
Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of experience in project execution and site management.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and coordination.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is preferred.
Location: Farook, Kozhikode Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
