Roles &
Responsibilities:
Engineering and configuration of Honeywell EPKS / Experion PKS systems, including C300 Controller and Series C I/O.
Develop and implement Control Modules, DCS logic, interlocks, PID loops, sequence logic, and startup/shutdown logic as per project requirements.
Perform C300 hardware engineering, including I/O configuration, channel assignment, system cabinets, marshalling and network architecture.
Configure SCADA points, HMI graphics, PCDI and Quick Builder for third-party system integration.
Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols including Modbus and Foundation Fieldbus.
Prepare and review engineering documents including I/O Assignment, BOM, Cable Schedule, FDS, Logic Diagrams and Panel Drawings.
Perform I/O database validation, bulk build, logic testing, simulation and application verification.
Execute FAT, SAT, customer testing, loop checking and site commissioning activities.
Troubleshoot DCS hardware,



application logic, communication and field-related issues during FAT and commissioning.
Coordinate with customers, engineering teams and site teams to ensure project deliverables are completed as per project specifications and timelines.
Provide site installation, testing, commissioning and plant startup support and travel to customer sites as required.
