As a Tech Lead – Full Stack, you will drive the technical execution of key modules within our flagship N
product. You will work closely with architects and product stakeholders to implement scalable, high N
performance solutions across frontend, backend, databases, and Azure cloud infrastructure. N
This is a hands-on Leadrole where you will guide the development team, ensure engineering best N
practices, and contribute actively to coding and delivery. N
nKey Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical implementation for assigned modules using .NET, React, Python, N
and Azure PaaS.n
Collaborate with Architects to translate high-level designs into detailed technical designs and N
implementation plans. N
Own code quality, performance optimization, and technical delivery for the team. N
Contribute hands-on to backend and frontend development. N
Implement scalable and secure Azure cloud components aligned with defined architecture. N
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs. N
Participate in design discussions and provide technical inputs for solution improvements. N
Guide and mentor developers within the team, promoting best practices, clean code, and N
security standards. N
Work closely with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases. N
Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution. N
nRequired Skills & Experience

6–8 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a technical lead or senior N
developer role.n
