JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION SUMMARY

· Reporting to CIO, this role provides administrative and operational
support to the Information Technology department. This role is responsible for
coordinating IT procurement activities, assisting with information security
administration, supporting IT leadership, and ensuring effective day-to-day
departmental operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized,
detail-oriented, maintains strict confidentiality, and possesses excellent
communication and problem-solving skills.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide administrative support to the IT leadership team.

· Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and conference
registrations.

· Track procurement requests from initiation through delivery using
tracking systems.





· Create and manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor
invoices.

· Support vendor communications and facilitate procurement approvals.

· Assist in administering information security policies, procedures, and
documentation.

· Support and maintain records for security audits, risk assessments, and
compliance initiatives.

· Coordinate department meetings and special projects.

· Serve as a liaison between IT, vendors, and other business departments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· 2–4 years of administrative support experience, preferably in an IT
setting.

· Experience with procurement, purchasing, or vendor management
preferred.

· Experience supporting executives or department leadership preferred.

· Experience with vendor contract administration.

· Familiarity with Information Security or Compliance is a plus.
