Role & responsibilities
Oversee the on-going various project activities & to co-ordinate with the vendors closely to get the jobs done in time in strict adherence to the agreed specifications.
Planning and execution of the projects totally in adherence to the budget allocated and the statutory norms, rules and regulations (in accordance with & covering e.g. The local Industrial Development board, EHS regulations, PCB, Factories Act, PF act etc. but not only limited to these).
To coordinate across cross functions to remove bottleneck in process, reduce process cycle time without compromising on quality of product.
To identify energy-saving areas and take lead role in black belt initiatives
Excellent teamwork within own functional area & excellent CFT work
Review of P&ID; submitted by design consultants and vendors.
Estimation, Planning & Execution of the engineering/operations-related projects in line with the approved CAPEX plan
Timely completion of projects within the allocated budget
Adherence to the established business processes & project governance protocols
Comprehensive documentation from project concept to finalization, including URS preparation,



stakeholder alignment & signoff and final handing over with IQ/OQ documentation.
On-time settlement of vendor invoices and formal project closure with Put to Use(Capitalization) statusResponsible for ensuring every project is completed without any time or cost overrun.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum of 3+ year’s experience in handling medium and large size projects, both brown field and green field included.
Should have worked in the maintenance /engineering department for a period of minimum 1+ years and have understanding on preventive maintenance including proactive maintenance procedures.
Must have in-depth knowledge of Spice grinding machines, pneumatic conveying systems, boilers, air compressors, packing machines, blenders, Secondary and tertiary packing systems, PLC and related equipment
Exposure to HACCP, GMP and PM, condition monitoring etc.
Preferred Industry experience: FMCG sectors particularly Food / Chemical / Process industry / Pharma
