Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Project Management concepts and methodologies.
Develop and deliver structured lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments, and project-based exercises.
Train learners on project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and project monitoring.
Explain project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid approaches.
Provide hands-on training on relevant project management software and tools.
Use real-world project examples and case studies to explain project management concepts.
Train students on project scope, timelines, cost, quality, resources, communication, and stakeholder management.
Explain project risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring techniques.
Conduct assessments, assignments, practical exercises, and project evaluations.
Mentor learners in developing and managing project plans and documentation.
Guide students in applying project management concepts to real-world projects.




Keep training content updated according to current industry practices and methodologies.
Maintain student attendance, performance records, assessment results, and training documentation.
Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve learner outcomes.

Mandatory Skills
Solid knowledge of Project Management principles, processes, and methodologies.
Good understanding of Project Planning, Scheduling, Cost Management, and Resource Management.
Knowledge of Risk Management and Stakeholder Management.
Robust understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as:
Microsoft Project
Jira
Trello / Asana
Primavera P6
Ability to develop project plans, schedules, timelines, and reports.
Robust presentation and classroom management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain complex project management concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹2,142,276.61 per year
