Core Skills Required
Civil Engineering background with solid Quantity Surveying experience.
Minimum 8 years of hands-on QS experience.
Roads / Highways / Bridges / Infrastructure project experience.
Robust exposure to Estimation and Costing.
Preparation and checking of BOQ – Bill of Quantities.
Rate Analysis and rate build-up.
Quantity take-off from drawings/designs.
Understanding of construction quantities, specifications and contract requirements.
Experience in DPR / highway consultancy / EPC / infrastructure projects would be highly relevant.
Should be comfortable working on multiple project deliverables and coordinating with engineering/design teams.
