Develop current quilting patterns based on photographs, drawings or design references.
Set stitch type, density, spacing, sequence and thread paths to achieve the required finish.
Independently set up and operate industrial embroidery and quilting machines.
Conduct sample trials and make corrections before final production.
Ensure accurate positioning, alignment and consistency of embroidery and quilting.
Adjust machine settings according to different materials and design requirements.
Troubleshoot stitching, digitising and basic machine-related issues.
Maintain consistent production quality.
Carry out basic machine maintenance and keep the equipment in positive working condition.
Coordinate with the design and production teams for current product development.
