Receptionist – Home Healthcare Services

Medikold Care at Home is a healthcare service provider delivering trusted, compassionate care to patients at home in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. We're building a team of responsible, patient-focused specialists committed to quality care.

We're looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing front-desk operations and supporting day-to-day coordination.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors, in person and over the phone
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, and medical coordinators on patient service requests




Maintain an organized front desk and basic documentation

Requirements:
12th pass or graduate (any stream)
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
Pleasant, professional demeanor
Freshers welcome; prior front-desk or customer service experience is a plus, not mandatory

Job Type: Full time, Day shift

Salary: ₹15,000–20,000 per month

Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan (in-person)
